Put simply, being a people leader is a tough gig! The last few years have made it even more difficult to handle both the regular responsibilities & ‘emotional’ workload associated with being a leader.
In my experience, many leaders aren’t explicitly taught some of the fundamental communication, interpersonal, & ‘people’ skills required to build high performing teams.
Key concepts relating to social connection and psychological safety - now proven to be key drivers of team and organisational performance - aren’t always given the attention they deserve in leadership development programs.

My experience includes 19+ years of consulting across a broad range of private & public sector organisations.
I’ve also acted as an Associate within numerous national & consulting firms, working on a range of projects in the areas of talent management, leadership development, success profiling & capability frameworks, psychometric assessment, and more.
Facilitator
A big part of my work involves facilitating important conversations through workshops, focus groups & leadership development sessions.
In the last few years alone, I’ve facilitated around 250 sessions and workshops.
Some feel this is where my experience & insights as a psychologist really come into 'play'.
