Put simply, being a people leader is a tough gig! The last few years have made it even more difficult to handle both the regular responsibilities & ‘emotional’ workload associated with being a leader.
In my experience, many leaders aren’t explicitly taught some of the core communication, interpersonal, and ‘people’ skills needed to build high performing teams.
Key concepts relating to social connection and psychological safety - now proven to be key drivers of team and organisational performance - often don’t get the attention they deserve in leadership development programs.

As a Organisational Psychologist and behavioural change ‘geek’, my goal is to equip leaders, teams and organisations with the skills, tools and insights to create thriving workplace cultures where people feel valued, engaged, and able to reach their full potential.

Experienced Consultant
My experience includes 20 years of consulting across a broad range of private & public sector organisations.
I’ve also acted as an Associate within numerous national & consulting firms, working on a range of projects in the areas of talent management, leadership development, success profiling & capability frameworks, psychometric assessment, and more.
Facilitator
A big part of my work involves facilitating important conversations through workshops, focus groups & leadership development sessions.
In the last few years alone, I’ve facilitated around 250 sessions and workshops, covering a broad range of topics and using many different approaches.
Organisational Psychologist
Perhaps most importantly, I draw on specialised expertise in organisational psychology, social psychology, neuroscience and behavioural change.
As a registered, Masters-qualified Organisational psychologist, I bring a level of rigour, depth and evidence-based practice that underpins all my work with organisations.
Leadership Coach
In my coaching practice, I work with senior leaders who want to strengthen their capability in self and people leadership.
Together, we focus on areas such as building trust and psychological safety, managing stakeholder relationships, providing clarity and direction, and creating high-performing teams.
