Leadership Coaching Programs
Many leaders, especially those who have moved quickly from technical roles into leadership, are not provided with the support they need to become more self-aware, skilled, and emotionally intelligent leaders and communicators.
These skills are fundamental to great leadership. After all, leadership isn’t just about expertise; it’s about navigating relationships, fostering collaboration, and having the right conversations at the right time.
For many leaders, this is the trickiest part. They know their stuff from a technical perspective but feel less confident about managing stakeholders, peers, and team members. This is where leadership coaching can help.
Leadership Coaching Programs
My coaching programs help leaders develop the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and practical skills needed to thrive. I work best with leaders who want to grow their confidence and capability in areas like…
Managing key stakeholders and strategic relationships
Building greater levels of self-awareness and insight
Strengthening communication and influencing skills
Creating and maintaining psychological safety
Building high-performing teams
Leading change and innovation (especially from a ‘human’ perspective)
Giving and receiving feedback; building a feedback culture
Navigating ‘difficult’ or challenging conversations
Developing others through coaching and mentoring
Strengthening listening skills; making others feel genuinely ‘heard’ and understood
Leveraging strengths-based leadership approaches
Managing time, talent and relationships
and more!
My leadership coaching and development work focuses on helping you become a leader who builds trust, clarity, connection, understanding, and constructive, mutually beneficial relationships.
“Trust is earned in the smallest of moments.
It is earned not through heroic deeds, or even highly visible actions, but through paying attention, listening, and gestures of genuine care and connection.”
- Brene Brown.
What to Expect…
My coaching programs are tailored to you and your leadership context.
Depending on your goals & budget, we’d typically work together for between 3 - 12 months, in one of two different ways.
3–12 month program with an agreed number of regular sessions scheduled upfront.
Structured Coaching Program
Flexible support based on a monthly retainer, with greater scope for ‘real-time’ coaching.
Retainer-Based Coaching
Throughout the Coaching Process…
Coaching is more than just conversations—it’s about taking real steps toward change with consistent support. Here’s how we’ll work together:
We would work together for anything between 3–12 months, depending on your goals and budget.
We’ll set up a schedule for regular sessions (for structured programs) or you’ll have access to me during specific ‘office hours’ (for retainer programs)—either way, we’ll ensure there is always time in our diaries to regularly meet!
I’ll often give you ‘homework’ between sessions—whether it’s reading, reflection, or small actions to maintain momentum and progress.
We’ll stay in contact between sessions (via Slack, WhatsApp, or similar), so you have ‘real-time’ support when needed—super helpful when managing key relationships or trying to shift existing behaviours!
You might complete some online assessments to build self-awareness around your leadership style and preferences.
Where relevant, I might gather feedback from key stakeholders (e.g., your manager, peers, team members). This helps uncover ‘blind spots’ and ensure others are supporting your growth.
You’ll experiment with new skills, knowledge and behaviours in ‘real’ work situations, with my support every step of the way!
All of my programs are ‘high touch’, in that we will both invest time and effort into building your self-awareness, leadership capability, and confidence.
Why? Because changing existing behaviours and habits can be difficult! But with the right support, it’s absolutely possible.
