Free Resource Sheet - Constructively Challenging Others’ Thinking

Here’s a free resource sheet that I shared in one of my recent newsletters - it has been designed to help you constructively challenge others’ thinking, and introduce some 'healthy' conflict and debate into discussions.

In the worksheet you’ll find some prompts, questions, and examples of what you can say to…

  • Explore different perspectives

  • Flesh out the real issue

  • Clarify different definitions of “success”

  • Highlight potential assumptions

  • Intentionally create room for dissent.

I’m a big fan of using great questions as a way of potentially turning conflict into joint problem solving, so you’ll notice there are a lot of questions in there!

I hope you get something from this resource - if so, let me know!
